EcoDim is a Dutch manufacturer of electrical components, mainly focused on lighting. Its head office is located in Doetinchem. The company mainly markets LED dimmers and LED recessed spotlights, but is also a pioneer in smart home products and market leader in the field of smart dimming.

Products and sales channels

EcoDim has an extensive range of products suitable for electrical engineering professionals, among others. These products are available through various channels and in various countries.

LED dimmers

The majority of the range consists of conventional LED dimmers. These include push/turn dimmers, duo dimmers, dimmer modules (for use in combination with a pulse switch), touch dimmers, inline dimmers, cord dimmers, floor dimmers and plug dimmers.

With the PRO line, EcoDim has a range of dimmers specially designed for installers and technicians. This range of dimmers has better specifications than the average LED dimmer and is only available from electrical wholesalers.

Smart dimmers

EcoDim also offers an extensive range of smart dimmers. These dimmers can be used in a Smart Home and home automation system. EcoDim has dimmers that support various protocols, such as Zigbee, WiFi, Z-Wave, and Matter. What makes these dimmers special is that they can also be controlled physically. EcoDim dimmers work with Smart Home systems such as Philips Hue, Homey, Google Home, Google Nest, Amazon Alexa and Apple, as well as many other well-known Smart Home systems.

EcoDim also offers various packages with the Homey Pro smart home hub. This allows installers to get started with smart installations right away.

LED recessed spotlights

In addition to dimmers, EcoDim also has an extensive range of LED recessed spotlights. These recessed spotlights are characterised by their simple installation, various light colours, sleek fixture colours and universal applicability. These spotlights are available in different cut-out sizes, light colours and fixture colours. EcoDim's recessed spotlights are widely used by installers. Furthermore, these spotlights are suitable for bathrooms and outdoor areas due to their IP ratings (IP54, IP65 and IP67).

EcoDim also sells products such as smart switches, LED drivers, smart lamps, spotlight fixtures and cover material for dimmers.

EcoDim products are available in various countries and sales outlets. The products are mainly sold in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. EcoDim is often available from electrical wholesalers, but also from various e-commerce parties and some DIY stores.
